My friend Heith broke out the raclette oven for another night of cheesy goodness on Thursday. As a reminder or for those who don't know, raclette is self-cooking group activity like fondue, but more like using trays in an easy bake oven to melt cheese over whatever other ingredients you choose to put in your tray. For more details, see the link below for my original post on the first raclette night. Thursday's night was a Mexican theme (racletto?). Rumor is the next might be Polish night! Yum!
