Today is travel day... headin back east for the holidays (which always gives better content for blogging!) I'm flyin out of Long Beach - its one of those cool little airports that hasn't grown too much over the years. You still climb the stairs from the tarmac into the plane, baggage claim is outside, and with only probably 8 or 10 gates, lines are never too long. They even make annoncements for Christmas gifts and cell phones left at the security checkpoint. Makes for a friendlier plane of people you gotta figure, too.
