Dallas has a downtown that is very fitting of Dallas, striking in its contradictions. Some parts are suprisingly undeveloped and wide open, with businesses that look as though they haven't changed any in decades. Other parts are fully developed with some fairly distinctive skyscrapers, both good and bad. Like Dallas, its showy, but unexpectedly comfortable and easy to manage.
