rain delay

Rain day at the beach. Not that I minded... kinda nice to see and hear thunderstorms since they're a very rare occurrence in LA. Everyone spent most of the day in the house watching movies, working, reading, and playing games. I caught a lot of shooting stars from the Perseids on Tuesday night after everyone else had gone to bed, so Dad and I took off tonight to the beach to camp out and catch a few more. We saw a good many, but clouds rolled in just about the time we decided we had seen enough. Nice warm windy beach at night - a little different than home.
