day at the rodeo

Its starting to seem like a habit at rodeos this year - it was crazy cold yesterday, but the arena they're holding the rodeo in is so cold, dismal and small with no seating or standing room that you can barely just peek your head in every now and then, so everyone ends up hanging outside and drinking. It still made for a fun day - Dallas is always fun for me because I get to catch up with so many old friends. Even moreson this year because it included friends from Virginia and California as well as Texas that I havent seen for a while. Nine bullriders tried for time yesterday (6 men, 3 women): bulls 9, riders 0. Off for day two....
