Another weekend, another street festival... Sunday was back to my old hood of Silverlake for a street fair of inexplicable things that somehow we all accept as natural; from a completely random Village People sendup, to a dancer with numchuks alone on a checkered dance floor in the middle of the street, to a really great performance from Dave Wakeling and the English Beat (also of General Public fame). Add in a perfect sunny Sunday and a couple/few beers, and what could be better?
