My home is being termite tented for a couple days, so I've been kicked out! I decided a plane ticket up to San Francisco was cheaper than the cost of a hotel (especially on Virgin America - more on that later), so I came up here to stay with my friend Russ until the tent is gone. (Hopefully someone will snag a pic of my place while its covered. hint hint.) We spent the day wandering around town and he took me to a lot of places I haven't been before in SF. Russ says my restaurant picks I wrote about a few weeks ago were a little touristy, so maybe in a few days I'll some better recommendations to pass on. Stay tuned.
