signs of the times

Down at the Redondo Pier, there's this big indoor arcade with skeeball, air hockey, and all the standard arcade games (and oddly enough, one ride - a Tilt-a-Whirl). One thing thats easy to miss that I love is that the walls are covered with some fairly random old signs that are obviously pieces of LA and Beach Cities history. There are political campaign signs, Olympics signs, old restaurant menus, etc. I'm sure if I knew more about the area I'd know what all of them are, but even not knowing, they're pretty cool to see.
