I wrote a few weeks ago about the project by the Massey Brothers that would be covering all of the lifeguard towers for the 30 miles of coast along Los Angeles. They painted the guardrails a while ago, but it looks like all the towers along El Porto have been completely covered now (even the roofs!). I'll get some better and closer pics later, but here's the view of a few of em just from the walk along the strand. They'll be up through September.
