You can tell that its that time of year again by the - uh - sand and sun and surfers?... Actually, you can only tell by the lights. Today they were hanging the Christmas lights on the Manhattan Beach Pier. They don't go on until the pier lighting on December 1, but the real highlight is of course the Christmas Fireworks on December 16. Mark your calendars!
